Penoplasty (also called phalloplasty) is a surgery that allows for lengthening and/or widening of the penis (both at rest and during erection).

The procedure is for men whose penis is smaller than usual, causing them physical discomfort and psychological distress.

For penoplasty lengthening, an incision is made at the base of the penis, and the suspensory ligament is released to allow for a lengthening of 2 to 4 cm while at rest.

For penoplasty enlargement, it is done through lipostructure or by injecting hyaluronic acid, which allows an increase of 3 centimeters in diameter.

The lengthening operation is done under general anesthesia and lasts an average of 1 hour and a half.

The surgery for enlargement is done under local anesthesia and lasts an average of 30 minutes.

The post-surgery period is not very painful and rarely requires painkillers.
