The surgeon will make a diagnosis upon receipt of the photos, based on the analysis of the areas to be treated.

We will send you a detailed estimate, including all the information about the procedures for your stay, the surgeon’s diagnosis, their name and references, and a list of the required examinations prior to your arrival.

In accordance with deontology and legal requirements, all information you provide us will be subject to medical confidentiality and will only be communicated to the medical team (surgeon, anesthetist, etc.).

To confirm your desired arrival date, please contact our manager so that we can ensure the surgeon’s availability.

Once you have confirmed your reservation with the airline, please inform us of the date, time, and flight number. Your patient manager will be able to advise and assist you in booking your flight.

Upon receiving your booking details, you will receive a detailed schedule of your plastic surgery stay in Tunisia.

Our employees will meet you at the airport and take care of you. They will provide you with an information pack and a cell phone so that you can easily contact your patient care manager and be called by your relatives at any time.

A driver and an attendant will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the clinic in a luxury minibus.

We will show you to your room at the clinic.

You will meet with your surgeon and anesthesiologist for a pre-surgery consultation. Depending on your arrival time, the consultation will take place either on the same day or the next morning. The operation will be scheduled once you, the surgeon, and the anesthesiologist have given your consent and the amount from the quotation has been paid.

The surgery will take place on the day after your arrival at the clinic. On the day of the surgery, our team will help you to fast as instructed by the anesthesiologist, and our nurses will accompany you before, during, and after the operation.

Your surgeon will visit you in the hours following your operation to ensure your follow-up.

During your stay at the clinic, your surgeon will provide you with a prescription for your treatment, as well as any necessary time off and a therapeutic education sheet.

Your discharge is scheduled for the second day following the operation. The date of discharge must be confirmed by your surgeon after a post-surgery visit.

For the best possible rest, you will be staying at The Regency, a 5-star hotel with full board. A Medicalys nurse will be present every day from 10 AM to 7 PM at the hotel reception to change your dressings and ensure your well-being.

Before your departure, a final post-surgery visit will be scheduled with your surgeon, who will give you the green light for your return.

You will be taken to the airport, where you will benefit from the ELITE AVS service. You will be greeted directly in a lounge, and someone will take care of preparing the airport and customs formalities for you. You will not have to wait in line.

Once back home, you will stay in touch with your patient manager to follow up on your condition. You can send postoperative photos every month, which will be transmitted to your surgeon.
